Booth vs. Info Table

What is the difference between a Booth and the Info Only Table?

This question comes up often enough that we decided to give it a place on the website to help everyone understand their choices. At the Bridal Gala, exhibitors have the choice of a full booth or info only table to display their products and services.

A Booth Display is an 8 foot by 8 foot area with a 6 foot table (black tablecloth & skirting is included) for you to promote your company within.

Here are a couple of examples of booth displays at the Gala:

With a booth display, the entire 8×8 area is yours – so be creative!

The Information Only Table display is a table at the Gala that is shared between 3 companies. Each business gets 2 feet of space on the table (no floor space, no staff members) to place business cards, brochures, and other information for the Brides to pickup as they walk by.

The Info Only table was added to the show to allow companies who can’t fill a booth or are not able to staff a booth a place to display their information.

Please contact us for more information regarding exhibitor space at the Gala.
